Amazon one of the world's largest e-commerce website which operates in US and UK has finally launched in India , Previously Amazon had launched Junglee.com which cloud be used to compare prices of different products of different websites . The Amazon India currently only can be used to buy Books , DVD's , Movies , Songs Music , Amazon says there are 7 million titles in there store.

Amazon.in is shipping all orders for free only for a limited period (launch offer).
The websites also offers 30 free return if the product you have bought is not in the proper condtion or you didn't like it

The price of the goods is bit costlier than other website like Flipkart and infibeam for example
Steve Jobs: The Exclusive Biography is for 629Rs and on Flipart it is for 628Rs but Flipkart has more payment options like Cash on delivery while Amazon has only online payment.
Amazon is soon going to add Mobiles , cameras and other electronics.
To get started you have to sign in using your Amazon account or if you don't have one you can create one for free , it just takes 30 seconds and is quite easy.
We however think that Amazon will have to take some more steps and give attractive offers to their customers because it has competiton of Big players like Flipkart , eBay , infibeam and Tradus
