Run Windows Programs on Android

Android is a vast platform for creative devs. But here is one team which has taken a project in hand. If you are a Linux user you might be knowing Wine. An App which runs Windows Apps on PC. Now isn't that a treat ?
But now they are trying to do something beyond the impossible, they are trying to make an Android App which will run Windows Programs on Android.

This app will be a boon for Windows Devs who aren't much familiar with Android Development. Also learners who are learning windows programming, can simply make an VB Project and then use it on their android.
I would personally design apps which I need in my daily life but not able to find them in the Play Store. I am desperately waiting for this project to complete soon.
However its a concern that the app might not work on low-end devices considering the requirements of a Windows Program.
